The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) outlines specific requirements for companies that correlate with consumer rights over their personal data. The following information reflects our processes at Sundance Properties Family, LLC in relation to the CCPA requirements.
Right to Disclosure
The only data collected from our users would need to be provided directly by the user. If a user fills out any of our website forms (such as the contact form or support form), the information that they provide will be emailed to our staff and used to contact you, respond to your inquiry, and provide services in alignment with our business.
Rental applications are submitted directly to our rental management software, Buildium, and will be handled in accordance with their privacy policy which can be accessed here: Buildium Privacy Policy.
Right to Access and Contact Information
At any time, our clients may request a copy of all information that we have on file for them. Please submit your request via email to teri@sundanceproperties.net. For privacy reasons, we may require photo ID in order to receive your file. We are legally required to respond within 45 days of your inquiry and disclose all information in your file.
Right to Be Forgotten
You have the right to request that we delete any and all personal data from our system. Requests may be submitted by email to teri@sundanceproperties.net or through the tenant portal. When emailing, please include your full name, current address, phone number, and email address. You may also mail your request to:
